Capacity: - Up to 13 passengers + 2 suitcases (21–29 inches) - Or 12 passengers + 3 suitcases (21–29 inches) - Or 11 passengers + 4 suitcases (21–29 inches)
18 Seater Vehicle Type: Toyota Coaster
Capacity: - Up to 18 passengers + 18 suitcases (22–25 inches) - Or 18 passengers + 12 suitcases (26–28 inches) - Or 18 passengers + 10 suitcases (29–32 inches) (The luggage compartment is completely separate from the passenger area.)

Purchase Notice
Important Notes for Booking Seat Capacity Includes Driver Please make sure to provide the correct number of passengers and luggage when making your reservation. The number of seats listed includes the driver.
Luggage Capacity & Vehicle Selection If you have large or numerous pieces of luggage, please book a vehicle of appropriate size. Any additional fees incurred due to exceeding the recommended passenger or luggage capacity for the selected vehicle shall be borne by the customer.
Child Safety Seat Regulations According to Japanese law, children under 6 years old are required to use a child safety seat. Please inform us in advance if children will be traveling. (Each child seat takes up the equivalent of approximately 1 to 1.5 adult seats.) If a child seat is required, please request it at the time of booking.
Free Waiting Time
If using airport pickup based on flight arrival time, the first 90 minutes are free from the actual landing time.
If you choose to specify a pickup time, the first 30 minutes are free from the requested time.
Overtime Charges:
For 6–9-seater vehicles: JPY 5,000 per hour (rounded up to the nearest hour)
For 13–18-seater vehicles: JPY 10,000 per hour (rounded up to the nearest hour)
After the maximum waiting time has passed, we will not be responsible for further arrangements or refunds.
Change Requests & Cancellations
No changes to the vehicle time can be made within 36 hours of the scheduled pickup.
If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without refund.
If there is a flight change within 36 hours of departure, and it affects your booking, we will not be able to offer refunds or rescheduling. Please confirm your flight details with the airline before placing your order.
Important Booking Information
・Vehicle Type Cannot Be Specified in Advance Please note that the vehicle type cannot be selected in advance and will be arranged randomly based on availability.
・Contact Information Required Before Departure To ensure smooth communication, please provide your contact details (such as messaging app ID) prior to departure so that the driver can reach you easily.
・Night Service Surcharge An additional JPY 5,000 will be charged for services scheduled before 08:00 AM or after 10:00 PM.
・Adjustments for Special Requests If we are unable to accommodate your first preference (e.g., specific vehicle type or driver language), we will contact you to discuss rescheduling or cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
・English Support Please note that drivers may only be able to communicate in basic English. For more complex communication, our online customer service team will be available to assist.
