How to Use

Purchase Notice
The number of seats includes the driver. Please make sure to provide the accurate number of passengers and luggage when booking.
If you have large or excess luggage, please select an appropriate vehicle type. Any additional costs due to exceeding the recommended passenger or luggage capacity must be borne by the customer.
According to Japanese law, children under 6 years old must use a child safety seat. Please inform us of the number of children in advance. (Each seat takes up approximately 1 to 1.5 adult seats.) If needed, please request a child seat in advance.
Free waiting time is 90 minutes from flight arrival. If you designate a pick-up time, 30 minutes of free waiting will be counted from the scheduled time.
No changes can be made within 36 hours before departure.
Overtime fees:
6–9-seater: ¥5,000/hour (charged by the hour even if under 1 hour)
13–18-seater: ¥10,000/hour (charged by the hour even if under 1 hour)
Beyond the maximum waiting time, the company is not responsible for further arrangements.
If the booked vehicle cannot accommodate the number of passengers and luggage, the company reserves the right to cancel the order without refund.
If your flight change causes a shift in the pick-up time within 36 hours of departure, no refund will be given. Please confirm with your airline before booking.

Vehicle type cannot be specified in advance; it will be assigned randomly.
To facilitate smooth communication, please provide your contact information via messaging apps before departure.
A late-night surcharge of JPY 5,000 applies for services before 08:00 or after 22:00.
If your preferred driver language or vehicle model is not available after booking, we will contact you to reschedule or cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that the driver may only be able to speak basic English. For other English inquiries, online customer support is available.
