－ Important Information －
◯ The total itinerary distance must be within 300 km. ◯ Due to time limitations, you may only choose either Mt. Fuji or Hakone in one day, not both. ◯ Please book the appropriate vehicle size if you have many or large pieces of luggage. Extra costs arising from exceeding recommended passenger or luggage capacity will be borne by the customer. ◯ By Japanese law, children under 6 years old must use a child safety seat. The first seat is free; please notify us in advance of the number of children. (Each child requires about 1–1.5 seats.) ◯ Please provide your LINE ID or WeChat ID when booking, and enable friend requests so our local staff can contact you. ◯ If your preferred driver language or vehicle type cannot be arranged, we will contact you to reschedule or cancel. ◯ Service hours are between 08:00–21:00, with a maximum of 10 hours. Usage outside this time incurs a late-night/early-morning fee; please confirm with customer support. ◯ Per Japanese Land Transport Bureau regulations, the maximum daily service time for 13-seater and 18-seater vehicles is 9 hours. ◯ Departure time can be chosen between 08:00–11:00. If choosing 11:00 as departure, no extension can be applied, and drivers must finish by 21:00. ◯ Mt. Fuji itineraries are limited to Yamanashi Prefecture. Travel beyond (e.g. Shizuoka) incurs a cross-region fee. ◯ For drop-off in Izu without return to Tokyo, the final stop will be Shin-Fuji Station. ◯ After the itinerary begins, drop-off locations cannot be changed. Early drop-off (within 3 km of Tokyo Station) is allowed, but overtime fees up to the originally set location still apply. ◯ No refund is available if the itinerary ends early due to customer reasons. ◯ When using ETC toll gates, paper receipts cannot be provided on the day. Electronic receipts can be issued later. If you need a manual toll receipt, please inform the driver before departure. (Manual gates increase waiting time and cost 2,000–3,000 JPY more.) ◯ Toll fee example: Kawaguchiko route via Shuto Expressway 7,000–8,000 JPY. Adding Gotemba Outlet +1,000 JPY. Other destinations: please ask driver on the day. ◯ This service is a private transfer only; guide commentary is not included.
Important Booking Information
◯ Expressway tolls, attraction fees, and parking fees listed are estimated amounts. The actual payable amount depends on usage and on-site quotation. (Receipts will be provided on the day.)
◯ Highway tolls for round trips must be paid in cash directly to the driver, based on the receipts provided.
◯ Please note drivers can only communicate in basic English. Online customer support is available for English assistance.
◯ According to Japan’s Land Transport Bureau regulations, the daily service time for 13-seater and 18-seater vehicles is 9 hours.
◯ Per regulations, drivers of 13-seater and 18-seater vehicles must take a 15-minute break every 2 hours of driving. This time is included in the itinerary.
◯ Service hours for 13-seater and 18-seater vehicles are 08:00–20:00, with a maximum overtime of 1 hour.
◯ If airport transfer service is combined with a one-day tour product, and due to flight delay/cancellation the customer cannot join the activity the next day, the booking date cannot be changed, and no refund will be provided.
◯ For pick-up/drop-off outside Tokyo 23 wards, driver’s round-trip empty travel time will be deducted from the usage hours. For Mt. Fuji and Hakone areas, 2 hours will be deducted: 7/10-seaters will have 8 hours, 13/18-seaters will have 7 hours.
